WONDERFUL DETACHED HOUSE IN THE STUNNING CAIRNGORMS NATIONAL PARK SLEEPS 4 1 This charming spacious period property has been sympathetically converted to a very high standard and is delightfully set within the owners grounds yet complete privacy is assured during your stay. Situated on the edge of the hamlet of Tomnavoulin in the heart of the beautiful Glenlivet Estate. This is an ideal base for walking cycling pony trekking and fishing or to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery and wildlife of the Cairngorms National Park. There are numerous visitor attractions within an hour of Tomnavoulin including the Malt Whisky Trail the Highland Wildlife Park Loch Garten the beautiful Moray Firth coast with its mixture of cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches and castles such as Balmoral Balvenie Ballindalloch and Corgarff. The accommodation offers TWO large bedrooms: 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC on the first floor 1 further twin on the ground floor. Gallery room: located upstairs with day bed seating area and desk. Shower room: with WC located on ground floor. Lounge: with TV freesat DVD/video and piano. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer and microwave. Sun room: enjoying garden views and seating area. Outside: beautiful ornamental garden with pond (small children should be supervised) and garden furniture. Amenities: Wi-Fi available on site ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Strictly no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional information: grocery home delivery service available. Location: award winning sandy beaches 30 miles shop 6 miles pub 2.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm
